L Wine Lounge and Urban Kitchen is owned by husband-and-wife team, Marcus and Kolea Marquez. They have a unique urban environment with concrete floors, modern lighting and bright furniture that has become an after-work happy hour and dining staple in the last two years since they opened their doors in Midtown. L features an award winning chef, Ame Harrington, whom recently won the chef challenge at this year's Grape Escape, beating out many prominent area chefs. Formerly of acclaimed restaurant, The Kitchen, Ame will be preparing some of her delightful pizzettas for our event that will appeal to all palettes. L's emphasis on fresh and organic local produce makes this sophisticated yet comfortable lounge a good neighbor and delicious inspiration for Midtown Sacramento.

Three wine industry veterans, one beer guy and a refugee from the tech
world started MÁS Wine Company in 2006. This group is united by
their love of tasty wine, innovation and environmentalism. And so the
idea of putting high quality wine into re-usable mini-tanks was born.
